first photos when she was all stock back in 2007 with 86k miles on the clock
story behind this truck :was my fathers truck , 16 when my dad decided to give this truck to me , it has sentimental value , and has more memorys than i can count. im 23 now and this truck has been through hell and back with me at least twice

first time mudding

at 16 i didnt have the money to keep it on the road and do mods to it at the same time so i spent alot of time abusing it
My first mod: funny enough was at first a joke , buddies of mine would comment that it should have z71 offroad decals on the side by how much offroading i did with it and how suprisingly good it was offroad


next mod i painted my stock wheels black added some M/Ts and soon followed up with tinted windows and doing the bumpers


at this point i started noticing how my truck differed from others just like it on the road and started becoming interested in modding and taking better care of it
but.... what the hell mudding is addictive

around this time is when i found out about TYF- You bastards
thanks too you all i have started dumping loads of money in this truck

next mod was a grill gaurd and some LED look a like parking lights


there was a break in the mods as i joined the USAF in late 2009
but sure in enough the day i graduated parts got ordered
MOD: new grille black halo headlights markers and corners

ripping out the old


installing the new




also replaced all balljoints,tie rod ends and both front hubs with moog

At the same time i added z71 tails and westin taillight gaurds . plus a 102 inch whip antenna

after a few short weeks it wasnt enough i ordered a new chevy HD grille and blackhorse grille gaurd




as soon as i recovered from the debt of this i started slowly working on the LED mods first in the corners hyper white


paid 99 cents for them on ebay from a *** company (did not know about Vled or Superbright yet so cut me a break plus for 99 cents they are just as bright and still work today a year later

next up were gauges and interior blue in the gauges hvac controls and map lights RED in all the Dome ,floor and door lights




scored a set of Qlogic kickpanel speakers from atomic a member here



headliner was grey and falling out replaced it with black =)



now time for some sounds (still in works) 2 12s in ported box, (installed) jvc hdr720 double din head unit with extras (not installed yet), the detail SS double din install kit(not installed yet) and new pioneer door speakers (installed)

finally got my lift =) 6 inch superlift kit (sittin at 5 inches at the moment until i got the money to buy the rest of my rims and tires

bought a 120mph escalade/denali gauge cluster off of monster swapped over my LEDs painted some interior parts black




Bought these OUTRAW LED blue rocker switches for my offroad lights on my truck fog lights install soon (not currently wired)





a mod not pictured yet but will is a magnaflow exhaust and a chrome black tip

I will update this regular , next mods include finishing up my 18 inch KMC revolver rims on 35inch M/Ts , install of double din kit and head unit, new carpet , replacing torn front leather seats and custom built offroad safari rack and a tire carrier

ok update... sorry no pics at the moment
1.double din install--in progress got the cutout made in the spare dash
2.custom roof rack welded one piece 1 inch square tubing got materials (awaiting downtime for cutting and welding already have blue prints
3. have 4 18 inch kmc wheels but only have $400 bucks for tires because my cooling system decided to crap out
4.rear gate carpet ripped out and samples of carpet and leather/vynle on its way
5.getting estimate from maaco tom on paint job more expensive package (might be awhile b4 i got the cash for that)
6. finished snorkel seal (dizzy and relocation of axle vents still needed)
FUTURE mods include:
1.tire carrier
2.2 inch rise cowl hood
3.14 bolt swap with 4.56 gears
4.custom wrapped black leather seats with red lace
5.new carpet
6.black bear tune with few bolt ons

18 inch XD revolvers and 35 nitto mud grapplers
