hid kit questions

hey im about to buy a hid kit for my yukon its a 96. theres an option for a cancellor and a relay do i need them or not? thanks for any help

nope. but if you have issues with flickering lights you may need the harness but most cases it is because the headlight switch or wiring is heavily worn. I have not needed one at all and we don't have vehicles that check for burned out bulbs either.

i havent needed one either. my lights flicker when they first turn on but that might have something to do with my drl. i also use the ddm, if you have a choice go with the 55w, well worth the 10$ more..

the 55w raptor kit from DDM with a relay might be your best bet, the brighter the better, no matter what DDM is deffinately a very trusted brand. i just took my 35w out and replaced with the stock halogens. If you want good light output without the mess of wires, PIAA 100w bulbs are great. Ceejkay is right!
