Fitting 305/50/R20 .!.

hello

I'm happy to register in the forum :Handshake:

my 09tahoe with stock 17 wheels

now i heve OEM 20×8.5 wheels

the OEM tire size is 275/55/20

I thinking to fitting 305/50/R20 :hands:

but without any lifting ?

is it passable or not?

and my important Q is there any problem with front tire Width when i turn max left or right ?

I am pretty sure a 305/50 R20 will not fit. And if it did, I don't think you would like the way they would look stuffed in there. The closest size that will fit for sure is a
295/50 R20. That size would be your best bet in my opinion.

Hi all, 1st time posting.

I just put on 305x55 R20 on factory 20x8.5 wheels with no lift. Tires rubbed a little in the front when turning tight. Rubbed a little in the back when rear is compressed about 2 inches (going over big bumps!). I installed a ReadyLift 1.5 inch lift in the front and 1 inch lift in the rear. No more tires rubbing. Tires look great. Do not noticeably stick out the fender well. I'll post pix as soon as I figure out how!!!

I have 305/50/20s on mine. There was slight rubbing when at full crank, but a simple zip tying and you are good to go.

i have 285/65/18 which is just slightly larger than 305/50/20, but slightly smaller than 305/55/20, with a 2.5" leveling kit and they rub on the right side at full turn.

I think you might have some rubbing issues if you go to that size...

I should have preempted my post with the fact that backspacing/offset are a huge factor in this.
