Ok. Now that everyone has given me some ideas about the interior trim, I really like the look of the Z-71 brushed nickel. Now I just need to find the pieces, unless someone has some or wants to trade for my LT wood grain. I have/looking for the:

1) Driver side air vent accent
2) Driver side Information center accent
3) Driver side window/lock accent
4) Driver side rear door handle accent
5) Center Radio/AC control accent
6) Pass. side above glove box accent
7) Pass. side window/lock accent
8) Pass. side rear door handle accent

I need the exact part numbers for these and the cheapext place to pick them up. Like I said I will buy them from someone that has them lying around or I am willing to trade too. Thanks in advance and everyone have a great 4th.:patriot:

I have the radio surround , passenger front door trim, and driverside front door trim for the power folding mirrors. All are used so they do have some scratches on them. If interested PM me and we can work something out.

I have a 2010 Tahoe LTZ, and have started looking to replace the fake wood trim that is so out-of-place in the vehicle. My 1995 pickup interior and my work vehicle both have dashes that look much more professional than any of the Tahoes with the fake wood trim, and neither one of them came anywhere close to the cost of a Tahoe. Hello, General Motors, anyone around Detroit paying attention to comments all over the Internet about vehicles with fake wood trim?????????? Yeah, I didn't think so. :emotions122:

I don't think there is going to be any difference between the parts numbers for a 2010 and 2011 Tahoe as far as the fake wood trim is concerned. So fireman297, we're probably in the same boat on our upgrade quest.

The Z71 trim is called "metallic brush" or "metal brush", I believe, and it sure looks dignified and refined compared with the fake wood trim.

I ordered part 25807746 (plate that goes around the Radio/AC/Navigation spot on the front center console) on 07-08-11 that I think will work in my 2010 Tahoe LTZ, and should also work in a 2011 Tahoe. I'll post an update on this part when I receive it.

Part 25909747 goes to the driver side rear door switch bezel

Part 25909753 goes to the passenger side rear door switch bezel

I'm still undecided on the other parts.

JD and Steven, thanks for the quick response. This should help me get started. JD, can you send me some pictures of what you have to see what it looks like and see if it will work in my Hoe. I will send you a PM too. Steven I have those part numbers and I also have these, but you might double check them.

20883864 - Pass. side front window switch bezel
20877677 - Driver side front window switch bezel
25807743 - Driver side inst. panel trim plate
25807742 - Pass. side inst. panel trim plate
25807745 - Center inst. panel trim plate

I agree with you on parts 20883864, 25807743, and 25807745.

My 2010 Tahoe LTZ already must have 25807742 installed, as there is no fake wood trim on the passenger side instrument panel trim plate.

I'm not sure about part 20877677 as far as my 2010 Tahoe LTZ is concerned. I think part 20877680 is the correct one for me. You might want to find some pictures on the Internet to see which one looks like the one in your 2011 Tahoe.

I'm going to add a ninth part to this project for those that have the front center console where the unit with the two compartment (one for storage and one for holding two drinks) lids has the fake wood trim covering. The Z71 trim part number may be 20951471 (very close to the fake wood trim part number in my 2010 Tahoe LTZ, which is part 20951473). I ordered part 20951471 on 07-10-11, and I'll post an update on this part when I receive it, so don't anyone go out and order one right now!

Confirmation that part 25807746 (plate that goes around the Radio/AC/Navigation spot on the front center console) is the correct replacement part for those that want to go with the Z71 look over the fake wood look. Installed this evening. :)

I ordered three more replacement parts for the fake wood trim on 07-20-11 -- parts 25807745, 25909747, and 25909753. I'll post an update on those three items after I receive them in about two weeks.

If everything checks out with the above order, I'll order what I believe are the final three parts -- 25807743, 20877680, and 20883864 -- to complete the eight-piece switchover from the fake wood trim to the Z71 trim on a 2010 Tahoe LTZ, and then post an update on those three items also.

2011 Tahoe LT Driver's side brushed aluminum power window part number

Hi everyone!

So I have seen lots of part numbers for the pesky driver' side window bezel/cover in brushed aluminum for the Hoe. Does anyone have the exact part number that also has the openning in it for the power mirrors on a 2010/2011 model?

My local GM dealer just laughed at me and said good luck when I went in there trying to get all of the part numbers and I think I have everything EXCEPT for the darn drivers side door. I should probably double check the passenger side also but any help would be GREATLY appreciated.

I think the numbers I have provided in my posts are going to be the correct ones for the Z71 parts. I've already replaced two of the eight parts as described in an earlier post. I've got three more parts coming in soon. And in about two weeks, I'm going to order the last three parts that I think I need. I'm putting my money down on part 20877680 (which apparently has changed to part 20980433) for the driver side front door switch bezel.

Tell us what part you think the driver side front door switch bezel is, Rhykor.

Door Part Number

I have part number: 25801742 and when I look up the parts description it indicates that it has the openning for the heated power folding mirrors so I am thinking that this is the correct part?

So far for my 2011 Tahoe Project I have the following parts numbers:

25909753 (Pass rear window)

25909747 (Driver rear window)

25909716 (Pass front window)

25801742 (Driver front window)

25807743 (Driver side instrument panel)

25807742 (Passenger side instrument panel)

25807745 (Center Console)

25807746 (Center Console Instrument Trim)

20951471 (Floor Console Insert/Trim - I had not even thought of this until I saw your pics)

Does this look right for a 2011 Tahoe LT? Again, my local GM dealer has not been very helpful with these parts. Everything else has been great, but not this endeavor.

Here are the three items I don't necessarily agree with you on:

1. 25909716 (Pass front window) -- fireman297, who started this topic, and I both think the part number is 20883864. I don't think 25909716 is a part for 2010/2011 models.

2. 25801742 (Driver front window) -- I think the part number is 20877680 (which apparently has changed to 20980433). fireman297 thinks it's part number 20877677. I don't think 25801742 is a part for 2010/2011 models.

3. 25807742 (Passenger side instrument panel) -- The part number is correct. I don't think this part is needed on an LTZ. However, it may be needed on an LT.

Five parts ordered and installed; three more parts to order to finish the project! I'm certain on part 25807743, but I'm going to do a little more checking on parts 20877680 and 20883864 before placing my final order to complete the eight-piece switchover from the fake wood trim to the Z71 trim on a 2010 Tahoe LTZ. I'll post another update at a later time.

O.K., I just ordered parts 25807743, 20877680, and 20883864. Further information to follow after I receive the items.
