Ciao Guys, can somebody help me to identify and give the right name at this box place right under the hood in front of the driver side beside the hood hitch?
Should be the TAC module - Throttle Actuated Control - What year is your truck? Could also be a Cruise Control module. Do you have drive by wire or a cable driven throttle body?
...thanx a lot for your time,my truck is a 2002 model,it should be a cable driven throttle body....the problem that i have is that when i push down the accellerator pedal sometime it makes a kind of resistance,it becomes heavy, stiff and i suppose it depends for this box because it's the only point where i can see the accelerator cable going through after checked all the other places...the resistance is not fom the pedal, not from the throttle body and not from the cable sheath....
hoping to find a solution to this mistery....
thanx again and CIAO from ITALIA
