So, my friends '95 got STUCK on the beach, and I mean pea soup stuck up here on Long Island.. Took a few hours to get him out. But that's a whole different story..
Anyway, we finally got him out, and I definitely could tell the 4WD wasn't working. What would be the issue? He has that floor shift lever, versus some push button. So, if we've already changed the actuator, what else would it be? I am unfamiliar with his setup, because I have a '99 with push button. Any insight on what it might be is greatly appreciated!
