So it is time to replace my 07 yukon xl Denali. 174k with some hauling and Michigan roads/winters and its getting tired.

I got the Denali to replace my 06 Duramax Crew cab after my 3rd boy so they have to reach to poke each other on trips.

I like the power of the denali for a gasser, no duramax but it will pass when you push the pedal on the right.

I was thinking a 2500 would be great but boy are they hard to find! I wanted to drive one before I travel very far to pick one up but they are so hard to find I would have to drive 90 miles to find one that is overpriced.

Is it worth the search? Or are the XL Denali/ESV a good substitute?

Thanks!

They only make the Denali/ESV with the 6.2L. I know they made some avalanches with the 5.3L or 6.0L but those are rare. They also made the 2009 tahoe with the 5.3L or 6.2L but that was the only year. Which 6.0L vehicle arey ou talking about?

I am only looking at long suv's. yukon xl denali or 2500, escalade esv or suburban 2500.
Was the 6.2l put into a 2009 Suburban? That could be a dream come true!

That's a good question. If it did then it would be very rare. I've only seen a handful of 6.2L Tahoe's that were 2009's.

What did you end up doing with the 07, I'd be interested in buying it if you still have it
