Here's the dilemma... If I get my Burb, I want it slammed... 3/5 hopefully...

Here are my options (Based of stylintrucks.com)

DJM:

Cost: $625

Includes: Front Control Arms, Rear Springs, Hardware

Other: Works for 2wd and 4wd

McNaughty

Cost: $675

Includes: 2" Front Spindles, Torsion Keys, 5" Rear Coil Springs, Rear Sway Bar End Links

Other: *Requires !7" wheels, 2WD only.

Neither has shocks, DJM's are about $42 each.

Has anyone used either of these kits????

Alot of people on here have those kits in variosu drop amounts.
DON'T do DJM, I have heard som many complaints about them riding like shit!!
Consider McGAughys like you have and also Belltech, both good companies.
Is it 07-Up Suburban or what?

Also ask Tim the Suspension vendor on here (top of home page) for help and a better price on the McGaughys kit!

ALright with that its really your choice of McGaughys or Belltech, whichever rolls your boat!

well belltech has been around FOREVER, but doesn't go 3/5. Mc goes 3/5 and has received a bunch of awards.

Is that too low for a LWB of the Burb? I have some speed bumps here and there I go over, but nothing too bad.

If 3/5 isn't too low, I'll do the MC kit, with pics and a full write up, of course!!!

I have DJM 3" rear coils in mine and DJM torsions out front. I hate the way the rear rides. If I was to do it again, I would prolly go with another rear spring other than DJM.

McGaughys!! FTW!! My brother ran DJM lower arms on his Kon for about a month before he went with McGaughys too. He couldn't get the truck aligned to save his ass.. I run a 3-5 kit on mine and I'm extremely happy with it..
