Chirping under the truck?

Any ideas on what could cause a squawking noise around the bell housing area? It started at random when I went to leave my aunts house and is constant. My exhaust is too loud to determine if it's affected by speed or not. I can only hear it while coasting or at idle. I took a short video of the noise while checking out the flywheel.

Narrowed down to around the starter. Pulled it, not clipping the starter, ran a mic and cam inside. Can't see or hear anything specific unfortunately.
