Ok so after finding out my 2005 Yukon XL had no rear heat and was blowing out only cold air I researched the issue but am coming up with multiple part #'s.

My XL has the over head rear heat controls as well as the rear controls behind the center counsel along with the radio controls. When I removed the rear panel to access the actuators and module I noticed an actuator missing, just it's wire connector hanging there. When I call all my local GMC dealerships to try to find the part number of the actuator missing they try and tell me only the short base (Yukon and Tahoe) have 2 actuators and the long base suburban's and Yukon's only have one which I know is false because the actuator I have labeled as #1 in my first picture controls my floor and celling vents and when I manually turn the knob where the second actuator should be (labeled #3) it changes my air from hot to cold. Also, I have the old style control module (labeled #2) which is part number 21997590. All the posts and videos online call for the replacement part #15832319. The dealership on the other hand is trying to tell me the correct part # is 19260762 which is picture #2. I have NOTHING that even comes close to looking like that part in picture 1.

Can someone please help me make heads or tails of this mess???

I've got the same issue with my 05 Yukon, except for the missing actuator. Did you ever find a solution?
