Any way this can be 'refitted' to the Tahoe? I don't know if they are on the Denali or Escalades, but I sure like it on our 03 Deville!

They aren't on any of the GMT900's, but I wonder if a Tech II programmer could do it...I mean, it's all in the programming of the switches.

its not programming..

this has been discussed before but I can't remember where it is so I'm not going to jump down your throat about searching..

anyways the thread talked about having another motor since its a safety hazard to have one touch up because if something is in the way (say your finger) it ain't stopping

I think it would be awesome though for those of us that are responsible enough to have it

I had it on my Tahoe. I had a relay with a 10sec delay module installed to the "up" lead of the switch. Worked only from the switch board on the driver side. Loved it!! Especially with the alarm, when activated, all the windows would roll all the way up.. I'm having it done to my Cadillac next week..

Sounds cool, could you possibly post a write up or show us some parts? I'd like to have that done as well.

I had a Viper module on my old Tacoma 4Door (sorry no part number). When I would arm the alarm it would make all 4 windows go up and then you could hold the button down and "vent" ALL the windows one inch at a time or go completely down. It also made all 4 windows "One Touch" up and down. I had 2 modules because each one would control 2 windows. A buddy of mine installed it and where he works is a Viper dealer so I am sure he could get a part number if it is still available. But I have no idea how complex the wiring is in the NNBS Tahoe. I will ask him if he has done any.

You can just add a module like the DEI 530t. It will give you one touch up and down, plus has aux input control so you can roll down, vent, and roll up the windows with your existing alarm or keyless remote.
I use it to vent my windows to help keep the interior a little cooler when it's hot outside. If it starts raining or I just want to roll them back up without going to the truck, I can just hit the lock button on my remote. Plus, I get the convenience of the auto up/down feature as previously mentioned.

It will work with any alarm. You can also use it as a stand alone unit for the auto up/dn feature. And yep, I've been installing alarms, custom a/v, etc for almost 19 yrs now.

I can get them a little cheaper, but if you look on ebay and Google Shopping, I've seen them go for the about the same price as I pay from a lot of places.

JK, how difficult is it to the add 530? I have one that I was gonna install in my Trans AM but never got around to it. Can I add it to factory system? Not sure how the new systems work but the old ones had the double pulse for door locks you could run off of.
