Love the 6.0. But I wouldn't put a wrecked one in when you have a perfectly good 5.3, especially one with that many miles. For 1000 bucks you could put your 5.3 at 6.0 power levels (hell you may be there already). Then you got programming, finding someone to install it, etc. Its more than a 1000 dollar investment. If you want a 6.0 that bad I would go back to looking at a trade. But really the 5.3 has a lot of unleased power.

4L60e or 65E would hold up to a stock 6.0....but you can get built L60e's.

So, whatcha think about the whipple Chistoso, if someone paid the full price for one, would it be worth it? Big performance difference? I assume it is on a 6.0, right? Also, if you have a pic of it looking straight down at the motor, could you post a pic of it. I would love to put one in my denali but still on the fence about it (fitment, DEQ, everyday driveability, etc)!!!

It's on a 5.3 and if I had to pay full price for it knowing how it performs I'd do it. What I love about it other than that it runs like a raped ape is it makes no significant noise, the exhaust is louder, oh and the power is instant, don't have to wait for the air to kick in. I'll have to find or snap a pic of that view but it goes in very nicely..
