I was gonna go with the SS front bumper but decided to leave it stock and have it match the rear. I should've and will eventually, paint the rear bumper cap to match along with a grille..
Tahoe/Yukon modding is never done..

Nice changes. You ever think of getting a roll pan? Oh and you should yank that Raiders sticker off too ;)

Not really a fan of roll pans. I'd go with a Denali bumper cover maybe. Yank the shield? No way!!! Raider Nation 4 Life!!

 thats my single favorite exterior addition to these trucks... i love the HD hood man and i cant wait to get mine, i am working on a photo shop of a half tahoe, half gmc 2500 front end... i think it will look cool but going to be a lot of custom fab work and a lot of money that i need to materialize! lol
i also want to denali rear bumper, i hate that my rear bumper has GREY plastic instead of black, GD Z71 trim

very nice man...what year is yours?
I'd love to do a HD hood, but repainting it would cost me a mint. :(

yea, but then I'd have to have the whole front clip repainted :(

Yeah, you got a tough choice there. You would have to score a free hood to balance out the cost of painting to match..

hey chis', you ever think about painting the bottom valance to match the truck, man that would look sexy
looks titties dude, nice work  I think the lower front valance colormatched would look great with a denali rear bumper.

Yeay, you're right. I didn't have enough time to find a Denali rear cap or prep the lower valance but rest assured I'll get to it soon. I did get my hands on a set of Escalade running boards today that will be facing the spray gun as well. BTW the 06 rear glass is different but I shut the hatch too hard and I shattered and it was cheaper for me to replace it on my own than to pay the deductible. Hoping to grab an Esky one too.

where did yo get the color matched crome handles. I love that looks sooo nice, the full crome handle looks wierd, but that looks classy.

Took them apart and painted the buckets. Don't know about you but my paint code is 926L Fine Silver Birch.

Once I have the Escalade boards painted and installed, they are up for grabs.. They are a lil faded, right now I rub Back to Black on them and they look good but it doesn't last..

Nice Hoe!!
dammit I think I'm gonna order some esky racks and have them powdercoated, really smoothed out the roofline. I'm still not sold on the HD hoods for the gmcs, I think I want to see one in person first. Great upgrade for the chevys tho. Have you dyno'd the ho with the whipple yet?

Not yet. Actually haven't found a place to get it done at. I saw a GMC with an HD hood a few days ago at Cabelas but I really couldn't appreciate it because it wasn't painted to match the rest of the truck yet but they did a good job at trimming and bending back the sheet metal to look OEM. It was a red Kon with a white hood so the contrast made it hard to take in..

Any idea where you find or read the paint code? Mine's an '04 so it's possible we have different colors?

That's cool. I get noticed and people take second looks. I really like it.. I guess it depends for example, I've seen Hoes with roll pans and some look good some dont. Personally I'd rather keep my bumper and keep it uniform with the front unless there was a way to delete the front bumper

I think the HD hood looks way better than the stocker, but Chitstoso I do suggest a Denali matching bumper since you don't like the roll pan idea

Nice hoe. How hard was it to take off the door trim? Is it just held on by adhesive or are there holes behind it?
I've been wanting to take mine off but I'm hesitant.

When I get sick of the way it looks now I'm gonna go with an SS bumper like yours and the Denali Bumper cap for the rear..
