I'm gonna ask a dumb question here, have ya checked to make sure that the override button is not pushed in? If you have checked, sorry for asking.

That happened to me once after the wife had driven the hoe. I checked the fuses etc to find the over-ride button had been pushed in.

The door switches may be worn out. When I bought my truck both switches didn't work. If I wiggled the pin the light would come on. I replaced both switches and that fixed the problem. Does opening the tailgate or turning the dimmer switch all the way up cause the light to come on?

Turning the dimmer switch all the way turns all the lights on, however opening either door does nothing.

Where would one find the switches to replace them?

I attached a picture with the door switch circled in yellow. They're only like $6 each and really easy to replace. Just reach behind the dash and there are two clips on the switch that you need to compress and then just pull the switch out of the dash. I found it was easier to disconnect the switch after removing it from the dash.

Where can you get them, I knew which they were, (thanks for the pic anyways, super jealous of how 'clean' your interior looks, way nicer than mine atm)

I'm going to threadjack. So one of the prior owners was a total creep, and removed the door switches so neither the front doors turn on the light. The rear doors turn on the light. They also removed the inside door handles in the back, and installed poppers, with the only buttons up front. So once in the back, you're stuck. Creepy.

Anyway, can someone take a quick picture of the switch in a '99, and where the wire goes from the switch? The whole thing is missing from my rig, and I'd like to hook it back up.

The switch should be just in the same position, just look for a spot on the side where the door would close against, its very similar with my car as well, so you should be able to find it easily.
