Magnaflow VS Flowmaster

Just picked up my 97 Yukon last night... I want to get exhaust... i want it to be loud and Beefy i know that both of these brands will give me a beefy tone but i would really like it to be loud. also i noticed that i only have 1 exit pipe... does it start out as duals and end in a single? would going dual exhaust benefit me anyway? and what size should i go 2.5" or 3" TIA

Get a 16 inch dual in dual out magnaflow with 3 inch pipes it will look great and sound better I have mine thru 2.5 and curse myself but mine still sounds badass

No Blowmaster...

No 3" pipes...you don;t have the HP to justify 3" exhuast. Just hurt you bottom end performance.

Get a custom exhaust, 2.5" duals or single, whatever you prefer really, and if you want loud look into glasspacks, not mufflers. That's what I have and they are louder then any flowmaster or magnaflow IMO, and have even gotten me pulled over once lol.

Flowmaster does give a deeper sound for sure. Throatier i think to. My 50 series sounds better than my buddys maganflow on his 1500 chevy. He thinks so to.

If I have to pick one Magnaflow would be my choice. But I would take Borla over Magnaflow or anything else.
