My question here is, do I need an alignment if I did a drop spindle install?
My feeling is no, because none of the suspension geometry was changed, only the hub mounting points is?
So anyone who knows can you tune in?

Gotta do the toe-in - can't count on the pickup points for the tie rod ends being in exactly the same position as stock.

Thanks guys, thats just what I was thinking, if anything is affected it would be the toe in-out only.

not true
all of it is affected, the toe in out is a major change (meaning its way off) but the camber and caster is generally off as well. most of the time if your just doing spindles you will find that you have extra positive caster.
thanks tim

Oh forreal?
Anyways I just decided to wait to get an alignment until after I install the spindles so I guess I am ok, hope it can make the 4 mile drive to Firestone w/o screwing up the tires though!

yes alignment will be way off. Usually on the s10/silverados/tachoes i do to get them to my buddy shop i measure front of tires from center/center and so do in rear. If front is lets say 1/2 inch more i adjust the rods out more to try to made front and rear almost the same.

How are the tie rod adjusted in case I have to get down there and do that.

I would always do an alignment anytime the geometry of the vehicle changes. Including bigger/wider tires.

Post Belltech kit, my alignment was way off. The few miles won't hurt anything- my rule of thumb has always been to let the car sit for a few days and drive it around just a little bit each day, allowing everything to settle in, then getting the alignment.
The ride/handling combo post alignment was significantly improved!
