Which do you prefer and why? I have used Lucas alot, actually just changed rear end fluid with Lucas Full Synthetic and gained about 1.4 MPG!!!! Now I want to change the front and was thinking about using amsoil 75W 90 full synthetic. Because it is about $4 cheaper a quart and the front takes more than the rear, the rear cost me over $30 to change.
My plan was to change and then change again in a year to see the difference in wear. I dont know though, that is why i am posting on here. :emotions122:

Both are good companies. If Amsoil is cheaper, throw that in. I have heard nothing but good things about both. I constantly run Royal Purple through everything

I would go with AMSOIL, might be a little high in $$$ but worth it.
"I'm not a dealer also" Just someone who has had it tested my automotive engineering team and its one of the best.
Ever put amsoil in your riding mower, I have had mine for over 15 years now, runs like a top. Shit is the only stuff i trust in my ATV.

yeah that is all my father in law uses in his harley and he has a friend that is a dealer and can get it at that cost soooooo...............
I like royal purple and amsoil, use 75/140 if you tow alot otherwise the 75/90 is fine. I gained 20-25miles/tank after switching to rp.
