Speaker Problem.

I have aftermarket speakers in my front doors, Stock ones in the rear doors. 1 out of 10 times that my passenger door is opened, my door speakers cut out and dont work until i turn off the truck. You guys have any idea what it could be? I plan on installing new speakers this next week so i wanna know what to look for.

Theres a short somewhere in the wiring of the door. Take the panel off and take a look and see what they look like...

check wiring in the door jam, you sure somewhere it's not getting pinched?

maybe there's a part of the wire thats been stripped, or burnt.
