I liked it but I am glad I got rid of it. Just a few days of trading it in for the 07, the altenator went out on the new owner and had to be replaced. That this was a lemon, the ac shook the whole tahoe when we were at a stop light. It just was a lemon. I liked how it was a 4x4, I wish I had that in my 07 :emotions122:

We had an 02 way back when... was a beast.... we've gone through 3-4 Tahoes in the last 10 years or so. The 07 rides fucking amazing.... seems to be lacking some down low power though. That....and I get better mpgs in my truck

Yea the 07 doesn't have much take off speed, but I never hear the engine. I don't even hear the aux fan and that damn thing is load when your outside the hoe.

I love the exhaust note on mine. I also love the deep growl the engine makes at WOT. Its awesome. Plus in this you can talk to somebody in the third row with out shouting.

the new ones are nice but I'm not ready to give up my 01 just yet. especially with the work I've already got in it now.

You and me both, bro. Besides, the value on my Yuke has taken a total shit in the last year. I'm so upside down on this thing, I might as well keep it until it's paid off or it dies, whatever comes first. Personally, I'd rather keep it until it's paid off. Having a vehicle that you own free and clear is always a good thing.

if its an LT you got a 5.3. LS had 4.8 and optional 5.3.

Ok, its a LT3, so I have the 5.3. I just couldn't remember as I haven't looked into my tahoe for a good while, well not until this site came up :rocking:

I definitely don't like the way the power on the new NNBS feels. Also seem to rev a lot higher. But I do like the exhaust note better.

ITs better. IMO. Much more oomph and solid power feeling than the nbs. But im a bit biased. lol.

just read this whole thread, my girlfriend has an 07 denali, it obviously rides a million times better then my 04 hoe...
i drove an 07 burb once and it was a fuckin hog.... slow as all hell off the line, didnt care for that personally... but i LOVE my girlfriends denali.
Oh yea, and shagg... the AC does drive me CRAZY at the red lights. It shakes like that new iphone application!! However, since i had my truck re-tuned, i am getting between 17.5 and 19.5mpgs... and it takes off like a champ and pretty much all around drives better.
I wont trade my 04 till i can get a 6.0 or a 6.2

I'm about 4 months from paying off our other rig and then both of our rides will be paid off. Such a good feeling having a vehicle that is debt free. Let the modding begin....
