Thanks guys!!

Its IN!!! - have not driven it yet - needs to be tuned (today)

Only snag we hit was the headers I bought. I ordered them for a 6.0L - which did not work b/c of the difference in the exhaust flanges. So as not to delay I just put the stock 5.3 headers on and will replace them when the Gibson 5.3 headers come in.

Otherwise it was not to bad - a lot of work but mostly straight forward.

Few of the 6.0 going in
More pics to come!

The PCM will work from the 5.3 to the 6.0, just best to get tuend for the 6.0 to maximize performance.

Did you just flat black the whole engine or is it dirty?

How many hours do you think the actual swap took?
