Make sure that it is the same size and the rest of the hole is free of debris. Also a lil wd-40 wouldnt hurt to lube up the o-rings

Alright cool man, I'll give that a shot here in a few minutes. I got the compressor on and everything bolted up I just need to get it evaced and charged tomorrow morning. I didnt find any shavings or anything but do you think I should have them blow out the lines while they are working on it? I would but my compressor took a shit a few weeks ago. Can they do it with the compressor all hooked up or do you need to remove it to clear out the lines?

Kind of like a filter for the a/c system, catches all the little pieces that may be running through your a/c system (metal shavings etc.)

The purpose of the orifice is to catch debris. IMHO, there is no reason to blow out the lines.

Thats what I figured, no shavings, no problems lol. Thanks man, I'll give the wd-40 a shot, the old tube goes in just fine but the new one wont, same size and everything, really weird.
