Wheels and tires

I've been tossing around the idea of getting rid of the SS wheels and tires. I've got way too much money sunk into them and I know I'm going to take a loss. They are factory rims, no replicas. Center caps alone are 75 a piece!
I'm running 275/60/20 gy wrangler hp's. Had them on for just a month, litterally. Anybody have an idea what I should ask for them or what I may get?

I picked up a set of 08 NNBS Tahoes 20's w/ tires for $800.00. Tires had about 16,xxx miles on them.
