was funny but didn't like your comment about dealerships. Not all dealerships are bad, I like to think mine is pretty good. Number one in customer satisfaction sales and service for the dayton/cincinnati region

It is a shame that some dealerships go out of their way to be like that video.

I like my dealer but I've dealt w/some real winners. I hope GM makes the dealer behavior a main criteria when they decide who will remain in business and who will get closed.

I'm not by any means saying there are not dealers out there how suck, just hurts us good ones.

That's why I hope GM uses this as an opportunity to deal with some of the bad ones.

I hate when a good one closes and there are a lot of great dealers out there.

Might want to turn the volume down before you watch it if you have kids! I had my volume up about to half when I started it and was knocking stuff over on my desk to get to the volume button.
