The forum software will up you in 30 mins. It runs a cron job to update promoted users ever hour. So it will run in 30 mins, see that you have 50+ posts and then upgrade you. Its wierd, but saves on server lag.

Nothing as far as being able to post in the for sale section. You can also change your custom title now to what ever you want. So if you want it to say "Senior Member", you can do it, if you want to have it say "I'm an ass face", that would work good for you too :adminpower:
