still haven't taken out the rear LT Emblems about too when i take side moldings off. What shocks are you running i notice ride was a little bouncy (not erattic but still more then stock) with the stock Shocks probably gonna go with some Belltech Street Perfomance and sway bars for front and back

Anyone wanna chime in on this ?

Once the side moldings and the LT emblems are off it will look so much cleaner.
When I replaced my stock shocks the rear actually got lower, I used KYB's in the rear and my drop kit came with the fronts (don't remember the brand of the fronts). My ride wasn't bouncy it was just still too high in the back (look at my sig pic).

Looks real good! I'm running Belltech Nitro Drop 2 Shocks all the way around and it rides pretty good close to stock! Alot of people are running Bilstien HD shocks and say there the best, so when I get a chance I'll put them on! As far as Sway bars I'm running Hellwig front and rear and notice a Big Difference after installing them way better!

Much better, you could pull the coil isolators if the rear isn't low enough for ya

What brand kit did you install

I went with the DJM Coil Springs - 3" and Stock Keys up front de-cranked all the way up to level it out. probably gonna go with drop spindles in the long run

I was talking to my boy that own a body shop and i was telling him that i was gonna purchase a drop kit from a member here in the forums, and he was like i have a extra lowering kit that i took off from my 2006 Cadillac Escalade if you want we could throw that on there and see how you like it so i was like cool.

yeah definitely going to take the side and Lt moldings off, I know that im in for a hella of ride though cause even taken the TAHOE Emblem on the back was alot of work (buffing, waxing, cleaning) i could imagine the whole entire side of the truck

this is what they came off of from

btw here is some of his work he's come out in plenty low rider shows

As far as shocks goes I have a 2/3 drop on my 02 tahoe and I have Bilstein on the front Monroes on the back and it rides a lot better than having the Bilsteins all around.

Definitely looks better. How does it drive? Handle better? Ride rougher?

Travieso

the drive is very good it definitely feels alot more stable, cuts turns with less body roll, About to order Belltech Street performance shocks for the back and eibach swaybars,

Anyways here's a couple of pictures of today

I put the belltech street performance on last night ride is such a huge differance! Best buy I did for my drop runing a 3" 5" rear djm. I'm about to put on my swaybar links tonight djm.
