are you serious or no?? lol. all they do is bake the rims until the coating comes off. then they bake new stuff on. so i technically can get back the silver,,

As of now, i say no. get the windows tinted and smoke the front corners, and i'll say maybe.

+1 on getting the windows tinted...would make a huge difference.

Alrite, well i think i could squeeze that in soon also. cost me 75 bucks for the front 2 and 5inch strip.... i have black corners, but they were for the older model grille, they said it would work for mine, but nope, thats why i have black head lights and black running lights with clear corners..

Thanks for your input guys..

I say save the rims...

Save your money for a pair of nice set of rims and tires!

this set will most likely be my last set on the truck.. or the new tahoe rims. like clean95 http://www.tahoeyukonforum.com/forum/showthread.php?t=376 ...
those are pretty much the only rims that will go on my truck.. soo since i love these limited ones, well thats were my money will be going.. :party33:

Ahh if you love em...why not. Only gm enthusiasts will appreciate those rims.

But I love your work and your truck...those rims won't do it any justice.

i say do it, but i powdercoat so i can tell you it will be hard to get the factory color back if you ever change your mind.. you can strip the powder off with alot of work but the clearcoat that is on the wheels now will have to come off before powering, so without alot of work and alot of knowing how to persevere and save the alloy it is next to impossible. i think you will like the black and with tinited windows it will look awsome.. i just wantted to let you know that it is a hard task to get back to factory after powdering.

Get some teflon coated wheels and call it a day, best thing I've ever done with my truck.

I'd go with a light light black gloss, to match your hood. I don't think satin would look bad either though.
