Been a member on here for a little while, just never really posted. I am on GMFullsize.com quite often. Anyhow, figured I would toss up pics of the wife's 08' LTZ Burban.
Mods so far are pretty much basic; 2/3 McGaughy's drop (Thanks TIM!), CORSA Sport, Debadged, billet bowties, and 24" Asanti 3pc Wheels. Hopefully we'll be doing the big brake upgrade here shortly and then looking into a new TVS1900 for it.

Looks good! I swear all these new dropped pictures are springing up since I want to get mine done as my next mod. I like what you've done to it, the wheels set it off nicely. I am the exact opposite as you as far as posting. I have maybe 3 posts on GMFS and spend most of my time here.

Thanks. Wife was the one who wanted it like this, I was happy with it on the stock 20s! Gotta love her. Maybe I'll have to start the transition from GMFS to TYF since we spend more time with the Burban as of late? :)

That would work for us! I downsized for one car temporarily. Sold my car and got the Tahoe for the new family addition. It seems like the cars we have always end up being mine even though technically she drives it more. My plan though is to get the Tahoe where I want it to be (who knows if that will ever happen) and pick me up a 1970-72 K5 Blazer like I used to have. I freakin love those things.

Not sure when the last you saw it was... but it's got the new TVS1900 on it, headers, and a bunch of other stuff right now. BUT... I am slowly going to start parting it out here. Starting with the wheels.

I no longer do that Jenna. :secret:

yeah, posted it up. You know how it is over "there" tho, 90% of the people wanted to know how did we pay for the Burban, the other 10% gave the thumbs up!
Lookin hot man.
Thanks! :Handshake:

Will be. Just waiting for the wheels to sell before I part it out. No dibs.

It's not too bad. My crewcab is actually longer. The burban is a dream to drive!

There is a tuning session going on in charlotte if you are still in NC in december. Which i now see you are not
You still want to get a lifted dmax or ford sd or corvette

Could I get an honest opinion on how you like the Corsa Sport exhaust? Drone, WOT and idle sounds?
This is my next purchase and I am weary of doing anything exhaust-wise because I use my Tahoe for road trips and around town and the wife is annoyed with droning and stuff when riding.

No shit? Well actually the Burban is still up in NC at our house there. We are relocating back to South FL, but highly unlikely before December. Count me in for the Charlotte tune!!!

Well, my wife is the one who insisted on the Sport. She loves it. The Sport sounds loud when you first start it, then it idles down. If you mash on the pedal, it gets louder. Cruising, you can hear it, but no drone.
Now, I have the Touring on my blown crew cab and I like it. If you are skeptical of the sound, I would highly recommend the Corsa Touring then. It's alot more subtle with the same performance.

Don't see too many Burbans that can get the look down right and this one works for me. Subtle and clean and a little more.... Wheels and drop compliment each other.

no can do. NC state is strict about it and don't feel like getting yanked everytime we leave the house, lol.
When we relocate back to FL, then it'll get blacked out, again. :D

Good lookin' ride. How much did you drop it (and how much does it cost)? That will definitely be my next mod (as soon as the moon roof is done)!

2/3 McGaughys drop. I think I paid $4xx for the kit and another $200 to install it?
