Haven't had any issues with any sagging or anything, I just removed the headliner for the dynamat job I have going, and it will be covered in Suede as well. As some of you may know the wiring harness is attached to the headliner with sparsely applied hot glue at the factory, as well at the rear A/C duct work and reinforcing padding. To remove the headliner from the truck, where the harness meets the headliner needed to be cut in both areas (above the rear A/C, and drivers side front pillar).
I took a large glue gun and not only applied a liberal amount to hold the harness; I also lined every edge of every pad, duct work or plastic...
Now the headliner is super stiff and can handle any additional fabric weight or any other supporting problems down the road...

Looks good! So the harness doesn't have a plug on it,so you don't have to cut it? The reason I ask is I'm lookin at doin my headliner in suede.

I just pulled the harness off the headliner and unplugged it from everything...then glued it back into place stronger then stock..(that way I didnt have to cut anything)....but I forgot to install the driver side rear AC duct (I was trying to put LEDs in it so it would glow through the vents..)forgot to put that back in...and havent done it since...lol!...I'll put it back in when I Dynamat the roof!

lol...awwwwh but whos copying who now! lol...I did that over a year ago!!!! ;)

I've redone it since though back to stock so it wouldnt get messed up while I was deployed if my sister had her friends in my truck...I'll redo mine again next summer I'm sure...If you look close...you see the square that I drew? I was going to put a very light mirror in there...but didnt have the time as I was doing that stuff in the barracks at Fort Sill and got in trouble lol....

Near the rear a/c you could disconnect the rear A/C clip at the front of the rear a/c unit then you would have to pull the harness away from the a/c unit and wall that it is attached to with clips up to the headliner, toward the front you would need to take the dash out to free the clip up I believe... I actually wanted to do this so I could connect it using connectors so that should I ever need to drop the headliner again it will be super easy....
