Hello.. Looking for advice.

I want to drop my 01 Yukon around -3/-5.

on my 03 SS I used belltech front spindles, and belltech rear leafs. This resulted in about -3/-4 after torsion key adjustments. The installation was easy and I love the results. However; I want to try lower the Yukon without dropping the same amount of coin.

So my questions are:

Can I achieve -3 with belltech keys ? Their advertisement says "-1 to -3" This would be 1/3rd of the price of spindles if so.

additionally; Has anyone experienced the ride quality with their -5 rear springs ? I don't want my kids wearing mouth guards

Is there anything else I'll need, and any tricks ?

Thank you in advance

You can get close to 3" in the front with keys alone, but you may not be able to get the camber back in spec. Before I went to spindles, I was sitting just under 3" lower with the keys and didn't have enough adjustment left to bring the camber back in. So later on I went with the McGaughys 2" spindles and adjusted the stock keys to bring it as low as I could and still get the camber back in as close to stock as possible.
