Funny Idle...

So, I'm drivin down the road, usually around 45ish and the Tach will read around 1500RPM and not show any fluctuation, but I can feel it revving hi and low... any ideas why?

I get that on the freeway a lot. Like the TCC is popping in and out.

Hmm. Maybe it is and the tach is not sensitive enough to show it. :(

Could it be the tach having the issues?

Can you feel anything or just see the tach moving?

I feel and hear it, but the tach does not move. It's pretty slight revving...

You just hear the engine revving? do you feel something else besides the engine revving?
