Hit up Volant and go with their intake/exhaust and possibly a power tube. The intake/exhaust i believe is being given away right now for around $500 and change shipped (use the money were were gonna throw away on the spacer for the tube), then as others have said, get on the list for a BB Tune.
Only other thing really without going internal would be headers and maybe a pulley.
