Comparible to Bilstein

Really cant afford the bilsteins so I was curious a to what would be your second suggestion. I want to keep the smooth ride and really dont go off road so what do you guys suggest?

I just mounted up a set of 4 Monroe Reflex gas charged Monotube Truck Shocks. Amazing difference compared to 1 year old Bilsteins with 10K miles on them.
