opinions on wheels...

im exchanging the DC1's (again) as the finish is coming off around the bolt heads, but i have the chance to swap out to a different wheel. Looked through 4WP's online catalog and these are the contenders, let me know what you think as none of them jump out and say "GET THESE" (or if you have seen better 16x10's out there post them up as well)

Now thats all they have on their site in 16x10's (no coin for new tires or i'd get 18's since there is a hell of alot more choices) and i don't know how i feel about running 35x12.50 tires on 8" wide rims.

I like the first and third ones. I think a little black in the rim would make your truck look sick. Now that i look at your truck a little more i think the tires could be bigger. It would look more complete.

I loved my Helo Guns, but they are 16X9.

My favorite out of those choices is the moto metal 951 in chrome.

i love my Helo skid wheels..if the only reason to upgrade is the paint i say wait and save up for 18s.

i was leaning to the chrome helo's myself, sort of iffy on the moto's, and the more i look at them not real fond of the procomp wheels, even though they would match the Xtreme MT's on the truck...

anyone with the helos had any problems with the finish?

Honestly i dont like any of them. wait until you need tires and get 17's or 18's that is what i would do so you would have more choices

well the thing is, my DC1's i have now look like complete shit within 15 feet, the clear is coming off of them and the time line to get them replaced is through the beginning of next month, with the house and all the other crap eating my money before i even make it, theres no way i can afford another $700-$1000 worth of tires and to pay the difference on better/bigger rims. (and these tires still have atleast 70% of the tread left... unbelivable for M/T's...)

i am gonna call him monday and see if there is anything else available thats not listed on their site and to see if there is any possible way they would want to make me an amazing trade in on my Xtreme M/Ts so i can get some bigger rims. 99% sure they wll say no, but its a shot anyway.

that or i can get another set of the same wheels i have, but hes not going to want to enchange then again, so in a year im SOL on having rims that don't look like crap.
