What: Black Bear Performance Tunes (98+ GM vehicles only)

Where: Fort Worth, TX

When: March 30-31, 2012

How Much: $50 deposit for time slot, $200 at time of tune (total $250)

Please go to Calendar of Events to submit your deposit.

If folks want spare modules the prices are as follows:
$60 - 98-00 Vortec
$100 - Gen-III
$160 ECM / $60 TCM - Gen-IV Trucks and SUVs

**We will need to ship out the modules before the meet for people to install them and perform the security relearn prior to being tuned.

**If folks purchase spare computers, we will perform the crank relearn on all 99+ vehicles.

**Any tune updates need to be scheduled directly with Justin prior to the meet by email [email protected].

Times?

What times and area of Fort Worth? Do you know yet?
I am in the car business and the last 2 days of the month are hard for me to get away but I reaaaaaallly want to get this tune!

Timeslots will be sent out to those who have submitted deposits ~2 weeks prior to the meet.

The meet will be held just north or Saginaw.

We usually can accommodate everyone's requests. We just ask that folks reply to the initial email ASAP, to ensure at least one of their 3 requests can be had.

Correct, still too early. We try to stay within the PayPal timeline for refunds (2 months), so the link will go up 2 months prior to the meet.

Cutoff is usually a few weeks before, but it looks like we'll get enough to make this meet happen!

Any thoughts about having a tune in San Antonio? I really want a tune, but Fort Worth is over 4 hours away!

We have actually been to San Antonio in the past for tuning meets, but we don't have anything on the calendar as of right now.

We require 15+ deposits to tentatively book a tune in a certain location.

In order to generate more interest, I recommend posting your desired tuning location on other forums where we are sponsors, which can be found on our Contact Us page.

I have added this location to our tuning meet wait list and will try to monitor the other forums for interest in this location, but please be sure to PM me when you are close to having 15 people.

And don't forget to check back on our Calendar of Events page frequently to see if you location has been added.
