Does a 2007 GMC yukon have a cabin air filter and if it does does anyone know how to do it?And is it a dealer only item?

The 07 up Tahoes dont have Air filters so you don't need to change them.

Good to know I live in Az. and use my AC a lot and it is starting to get stinky I thnk that I will spray some lysol in there with the AC on recirc

Yeah te odor is caused by the buildup of mild in your AC evaporator core due to extensive use.
You can search online on how to clean it, there are also some helpful threads on here that can help too, use the search tab to find them.
