removing the glass on the side mirror?

How do you get just the mirror out of the plastic casing?

I purchased the yukon a couple of weeks ago and the passenger one is cracked and I want to replace it. What is the best way to get it off?

if I remember correctly, they just pop out, I whacked mine against another mirror once and it came out, and I just popped it back in.
