I was goin to get one of those for my truck but did not because I did not need the extra pressure and volume. I was afraid of over powering my fuel pressure regulator and injectors. I dont know if you have any power adders i.e. N2O, blown. As for sending unit, I would replace it cuz you already have the tank down.
