DJM CUSTOM Rear TB SPRINGS

Currently im working with mark at djm in making a DJM TB spring that will sit 3/4 to 1 inch lower than the one currently offered.

Currently on the 00-06 truck the tb djm rear spring gives about 5-5.25 inches and on the 07 ups about 4.75-5 inches.

The new springs we are shooting for about a 6 on the 00-06 trucks and o7 up about 5.5-6

I will need someone here in norcal to test them will take about 2-3 hours to do some testing and measuring. I will keep you guys updated hopefully by the end of october ill have them made

Can't wait to see these!! With a 6.5" drop on NBS trucks will a frame notch be needed?

most likely as soon as i get the springs from djm ill get a local guy to do the swap. if i get 3/4 to 1 inch more ill be happy.

Norcal SS; is there anything I can do or buy to drop my yukon another inch in the rear? I have Belltech 5305 thanx

You can cut the dead coils in rear should come down.

what rear set up are you using right now?

Im using 5305 springs and shock extenders.

no i will be testing it on my truck then giving them the word to do it or not. once i have the first set here i can begin testing it out.

well got the spring. it is 7/8 shorter than the belltech tb spring so Ill see where it sits. I know what the tb belltech rear coil put my trailblazer ss at so I will see if this spring sits lower. Its 11 1/8 inches tall vs 12 inches for the tb belltech spring

got them in my tb they sit about 5/16 lower than the belltech tb springs. I can still make them a 1/4 inch shorter so I will try that out also. Ill drive around on them for about 2-3 weeks let it settle then see if they come down more
