Check engine light just came on and my fault code is p0719.
Has anyone resolved this issue? I was told it is the brake switch. But want to be certain that the guys at the parts store know what they are talking about.
If it is the brake switch where is it located?

wait til it is brighter. Perhaps get a mirror to prop up the and some angled pliers. I have heard once or twice people just prying of the old with a screw driver since a new switch and snap ring were going on. Perhaps you might want to get postal with it.:)
