Just wanted to write this up incase anyone decides to buy anything from him. A week ago on Monday, he said he was selling some factory nav screens. I inquired about it and he immediately texted me a pic and any info he had. I paid for it Tuesday morning and within a day or two, he sent me a USPS tracking number. Saturday (yesterday), the package came in, well wrapped and mint condition, just like he said. He said it was tested and will power on but I haven't installed it yet. I'm definitely not worried though and will take his word for it. If any of you guys buy anything from him, don't worry, because you will definitely get it and at a good price too.
