So far, I've gotten a lot of great product ideas and have used them on both mine and my wife's car. We both have black rides. I can't find much of a thread on what people use on the interior of their cars, specifically for the dash and doors. I used 303 Aerospace Protectant on my wife's black interior Mercedes and it seemed to dull the black a little and left it streaky. It does work well on the exterior plastic trim though.

What products do you use on the interior for a good protectant and shine?

+1 on the Megs Quik Interior Detailer. I believe they make it in a shiny and non-shiny version.

Adam's Polish interior and leather cleaner, followed by Adam's Leather Conditioner. For cloth interior ,I use Carpet and Upholstery Cleaner. Stuff works magic!
