...fucking AWESOME. Just met up with Max and installed it, and this is probably one of the best mods you can do when combined with a BB Tune. It really woke my truck up, and sounds wicked badass when you stand on it. Throttle response is way up, and there is a surprisingly large amount of power on tap now without downshifting.

Now if the rest of you CO bums would get yer shit together and sign up for the group tune down in the Springs in September, I could pop down there and have Justin tweak my tune for me. ;)

We are in the process of moving so I haven't a clue as to where the camcorder is right now, but I'll see if I can't get a vid for you guys some time this week. I'll be interested to see what kind of mileage improvements I'll get with it, but I can't keep my foot off the floor right now because it sounds so good.

Nnaboy I still have stock exhaust, which you cant even hear over the intake. It's awesome. :D

Max is first class you guys, not only did he install the intake for me over at his place, he bought me lunch afterwords. Much to the dismay of my wife, who was expecting me home about a hour and a half earlier to help move, lol. Good times though.

Group buy FTW. Get the real deal if you have the coin, guys. I am SO happy that I did. It will eliminate 99% of the iffy fit/cheap part problems that the ebay intakes have. There are like 4 different knockoff manufacturers on ebay too, you never know wtf you're gonna get. And on top of that, they may work, but I'd rather give my money to the folks at AEM who have spent their time and money (lots of money) on R&D, dyno tuning, and flow benching to bring us an excellent product.

Save yer beans, buy the real thing. Just my .02 though, I know that in todays economy lots of us are on a budget. I'd rather give my money to AEM. :Handshake:

BTW, I drove max's shit the other day, and that thing is scary fucking fast for a 6600lb SUV. Going 55-60 down Larimer street in a slammed Denali with LTs and a Flowmaster 50 series is an interesting experience, lol.

The magnaflow hit my rear axle, got them to warranty it tho. I had to build a new system when I did the longtubes so I went with a flowmaster...couldn't be happier.
