this should be all good right? and the headlights I have are the same as JK's, so is the 35w setup good, or 55w better or too much or what??? lol
and on a side note, thinking of putting in an extra set of fog lights in that extra space next to the stockers. I'm assuming I should just be able to splice into the current wires, but where can I find a pigtail for the new lights? I've found the lights, just not with the pigtails

Pick them up from www.DDMtuning.com (http://www.ddmtuning.com)
I got them from there and it was $52 shipped with 1 year warranty and a slim ballast

and to convert the fog lights what do i do? an HID fog light adaptor harness or something that goes to the ballasts, or do they need their own ballasts?

you'll need two sets, fogs are 880's, simple plug inline, installed mine in about 10 minutes.

the 880's in a 35w kit are $77.12 shipped to my door from www.ddmtuning.com with lifetime warranty.
if you are using projectors and the bulb will fit (55w kits have slightly longer bulbs) then go with the 55 watt kit for your lows!

Where did you end up putting the Ballast for the fog lights? Mine come in soon and I am not 100% sure where I want to place them yet.

I tucked them way up below the headlight. Crawl up under the truck, way above the fog lamp assembly and put them up as far as you can.

1 - Shipping costs vary depending on where you live.
2 - You'll see better output once you get projectors....Anthony. :) (and it'll be safer for other drivers as well, dammit!)
3 - Don't be scared off by DDM's Raptor brand. Yeah, it's a little cheaper, but I have them in my lows and fogs and have no complaints about them at all.

I doubt you're gonna find any sub-$100 projectors that are worth their weight. These Depo's are what I run, as well as a few other guys here. This is actually the seller I bought mine from, and the fact he's offering free shipping is a good deal.

From the posts, I have decided to go with DDM Tuning's kit. I still want to run Black Headlight and Turn signal housings. Found several on Ebay. Not sure which ones will work from other chatter I have heard that HID's dont work as good with reflective backgrounds. Any advise?

If the HID is mounted in a projector, the background of the rest of the headlight is sort of irrelevant because the light from the HID shouldn't even be seen anywhere but where the projector is pointed. If it's in a reflector housing, you're going to get a ton of glare and blind people.
