I was browsing eBay today and found a dealer who sells Throttle Body Spacers for $49.50 shipped. Any one have one of this installed and how hard was it to put it. I noticed that the average one runs about $100 so this is 50% off. Any one have any input and/or experience with one of these installed?

These are a waste of money unless you have a TBI engine.

also not really any room for it unless you do efans, wouldnt be on mine at least as part of my intake tube might as well be pushing against the fan shroud, only people i hear getting any difference seem to be jeep owners with under a 4.0 and that could just be sort of a placebo effect imo

People who sell those to folks with fuel injection should be slapped around........

Think about it: If you're air/fuel is mixed at the cylinder what good does swirling the air at the TB do?

People attribute sound to power, kinda like the ricers that put turbos on with HUGE blow off valves.

I don't even give most of the ricers around here that much credit...at least the guys you are talking about are making SOME power with a turbo - around here, as well as back in Ohio where I grew up, they put the loudest, most obnoxious sounding exhaust they can fathom on their little rice rockets, and drive around like they own the town.

Funny part is, they are some of the slowest cars ever built. Really loud, and really, really slow. And mighty gay, too.
