How 'bout a 'HyHoe' subforum in the 07+ section?

I'm noticing more and more Hybrid owners registering, and with gas prices being what they are I imagine this is gonna keep trending up.

It'd be nice to have one section dedicated to the discussion of all things full size Hybrids ... might even generate more outside interest and encourage Hybrid owners to join up.

Just thinking out loud.

Even though they look very much the same, there are so so many differences between the regular GM full size SUVs and their Hybrid (Tahoe/Yukon/Escalade) counterparts. http://serbatau.com/car-gallery/chevrolate/2011-chevrolet-tahoe-hybrid-car-review.html

This means that many of the topics and modifications we discuss aren't directly applicable to the 07+ section and if a Hybrid owner were to undertake them they would not work. Additionally, right now if someone is trying to collect information and discuss Hybrids, the threads are scattered throughout the 07+ section making it more difficult to locate them. It's not a big issue mind you as for now there's only about 5 or 6 of us who drive hybrids ... but as hybrid sales inevitably increase, combined with existing non-tyf registered hybrid owners, a sub-forum dedicated to hybrids would not only make site navigation easier for us but hopefully be visible enough to attract new members.

Anyhoot, I was just throwing the idea out there, not sure what coding is involved as I am not familiar with forum software ... but I for my part would be happy to not only see such a section, but would go back and locate all the existing hybrid related threads, forward the links to you, so that you can move them in the new section as a starting point.

However you decide to move forward I appreciate you even considering it. :waytogo:

Ok, I can setup a subsection in the 07 + section now to see how it goes. If it gets big enough, I will make it a full section. Cool?

But I am pondering if I should just make a whole now forum section as I have the generations now, meaning it will have its own general forum, interior forum, audio & electrical forum, and so on. What do you think?
