simple Green, all purpose cleaner and some good ol elbow grease. A Brush will help too.

Can't you just drive it and it'll wear off?? I have to reapply my tire shine (I have used Gel in the past as well) and it usually wears off with time, right??

Most people complain the other way.....

I think Wesleys tire cleaner stuff will get it off. Just be sure you are in a ventilated space, the smell is aweful.

Its the black magic platinum gel or something like that. It puts a nice shine on it but mine gets gunky and looks nasty. IDK if its all gels or just this one.

I have had that happen, it was because the tire wasn't clean enough to start with. If it's done wrong, they can look really nasty. Glad you got it off.

Bleche White works great for removing the residue and dirt. Just spray it on, scrub it in with a stiff brush, and let sit a few mins. When you wash it off you'll see all the grime come off. When you put your tire shine back on you'll notice it's a little brighter and lasts longer. It was meant to clean whitewalls and lettering but works great on black too.
