help, swirls and light scratches

i have tookmy tahoe threw the mud and i have a black tahoe didnt think about the paint and now ihave swirls and little scratches, how do get them outttt

Grab that buffer, medium cut pad and GOOD compound(3M), then wax of your choice. You could clay bar it prior to compounding
