Hello everyone, I just found this site tonight. I am married with 2 kids and I am in the Army stationed at FT. Bragg NC. I bought my wife her 2007 Tahoe 4x4 brand new, it is a LT1 package with 20" factory rims on it. I am looking to tap into the power of the 5.3L V8. So I came here to see what everyone is doing to their Tahoe/Yukons to get more power out of their engines. Any help would be great.

Welcome to the site:cheers:
If you want to keep it simple, you can squeeze more power from the motor with a couple simple bolt-ons like intake and exhaust. Then you can have the pcm custom tuned to take advantage of the mods and unleash a few extra ponies along with mpg and driveability.

Thank you all for the welcome. The Tahoe is my wifes and she loves it and would not trade it for any other SUV. I am up in the air on if I want to get a Tahoe or a GM 3/4 ton diesel 4 door pickup instead.

JKmotorsports what kind of power could I get from a custom tune with those bolt on mods? I don't know much about gas tuners, I know they are nothing like diesel tunes where you can get 100HP and 200+lbs from just a custom tune.

Thanks in advance.
