cruise not working, is this why?

3rd brake light has been shaved, I'm guessing that can be why it's not working.
Anybody know a cure to trick the system into thinking it's there and working?

in my 95 obs escahoe i shaved the 3rd brake light and my cruise stiil worked, if ur abs light is on cruise willnot work

no abs light, I thought I heard somewhere that some led tails and 3rd brake light not working trigger the cc to not function. I've got recon led's and no 3rd.
