Serious problem for tablet users

First off, ass kissing!

I love this site! It's my home page On 4 devices.

Onto the first problem, the main forum page is overloaded with
Fluff. Do I need to become preferred member to get rid of all the
BullShit ads?

Second I just bought a pandigital novel ereader, primarily for the I-net.
Well the popup adds are effin killing me!! I can't evenly In.
It's update with latest oem os release.

So, what can TYF do to help me and what cani do to help TYF?

I have to say, that I like this site too. So much so that I paid my $15 to be a supporter.

But I have to say that odds are that you won't get a responce. I have/had a similar issue HERE (http://www.tahoeyukonforum.com/forum/showthread.php?t=17446). 51 reads and ZERO responces.

So, you can do what I did. Take matters into your own hands.
I grabed the Microsoft Live Essentials package from windows updates and installed the MS Family Safety Filter. Install it and use TYF for a few days. Then look at the web browsing history in Family Safety. Pay close attention to the TYF url's. I managed to block out all TYF ad's, and slow loading/piggy sized header graphics.

There are also a few other benefits. TYF loads alot faster without ads or big graphics, and it reduces the clutter so I can skim through alot easier.
Plus the family filter can also be used to filter out other webpage ads as well.

Just be carefull installing it, and don't install the rest of the software that comes with it, and don't click on next, next, next, install without reading the screens.

Dope: I just realized that MS FS runs on windows, and the e-reader probably isn't. Sorry. I guess were back to requesting a lo-fi version of this site.

An easy way to solve this is to set your device to stay logged in so you dont have to log in everytime.. then dont set your homepage to TahoeYukonForum.com set it to TahoeYukonForum.com/forum/ so it will skip the homepage and its loads and jump right to the forum page.

What is the fluff you are talking about on the main page? There is 2 ads, the box ad below the slideshow and the side bar. What other stuff is annoying? Please let me know.

I am not sure how I can add a lo-res link as I never added one before. I can see if there is something that I can install to get that done.

Unfortunately there are some things out of our control but we wil look into strengthening mobile support. I use an iPad now and thankfully there are minimal issues...BUT my blackbery definitely has problems. The ads pay the light bill :)
